Ian’s project on the community of Hazelwood, entitled "Grounded Optimism", was featured in a gallery exhibition at the Pittsburgh Filmmakers Melwood Gallery. The essay focused on residents of this former steel mill community who are trying to create positive change while overcoming obstacles.
