| Peter Sage, Executive Director of the global humanitarian relief organization AMURT, receives a mud treatment from a boy in Source Chaudes, Haiti. Sage and six other volunteers were in the village to assess the feasibility of starting a women's artisan center near the town square. They were treated to the mud bath as a show of thanks from the village elders. In commenting on AMURT successes in Haiti, Sage remarked, "It started with a seed and has grown into a tree." |
